"After reading several nice reviews about this store we had visted this place and as assured by the shownroom manger mr Ravi that he will take care of timely delivery and ensuring right quality product, we placed the order through him for a sofa couch. But to our great surprise the product delivered not as shown on his system. The stitching on fabric not even straight. Seat was also having width more than couch. Writing mail several times to pepperfry, did not serve any purpose other than system generated auto mails in sweet language. They are good only for writing mails but not to resolve the issue. Even Mr Ravi also washed his hands from resolving the issue."
